My design is based on elements and colors of the Italian culture, especially the manufacture sector of it. My biggest goal was to represent the beauty of our craftsmanship with a modern twist, and bring awareness on these skills that are getting lost in time trough generations.
Characters design concept for a story I am working on. They are 3 anthropomorphic bats based from the "Golden Crown Flying Fox" species, in my story they are referred as "Aerolians / Isobarics" species. My goal was to design them in a way that was accurate and plausible as possible based on their real life counterparts. ( I took in consideration their looks, their organs size and functions, their motor apparatus, their bones structure and their behavior in nature ). In addition I created a tribal tattoo system for them, to add into the main world build of the story. - 2026
